5 in 1 Brody Convertible Crib with Changer

So when I opened the box there was damage on the “wood.” I’m not gonna deal with the hassle of sending it back.The drawers don’t go in evenly so you have to kind of force them to close and they look crooked.I was able to put it together all by myself. It took a total of about two hours once all the parts were out of the box and organized. It would’ve been nice to have a second person, but doable alone.Overall I’m happy. This crib is very beautiful and functional. I’m looking forward to putting my baby in it for the first time.

Not so heavy duty, but good enough for a baby. Americans overcomplicate everything.I grew up without any of these, yet i don't have any disability. Assembly was easy, looks good for me, who care the rest. It will withstand my newborn, and guess what, it will be his/her bed for years.

The crib was easy to assemble, it's pretty sturdy and looks great in our room. The only reason I left 4 stars it's because the drawers on the changing table are uneven. We are happy with this product.

Over all a great crib. The drawers do not line up with each other. Ours did come with a couple places of wear. But not enough to send back or complain. Decent instructions and hardware. Changing pad is a little thicker then I had expected. Pleased with purchase.

Product was decently easy to assemble but the paint is chipped in 3 different places as well as gauged. Had a few parts that broke but we just used wood glue to fix. It’s too close to my due date to return. For the money paid I hope they can do better in the future.

Update: Our son is now 19 months old - he's quite a big boy (already over 3 ft) and a real wriggler even when sleeping but the crib affords him plenty of space and is holding up well.Still love the appearance of the crib (we have the natural wood) and find the changing table and drawers / shelves very useful.It's a shame that some people still seem to be receiving incomplete / damaged orders because for us this was a great buy and excellent value for money. Next step will be to see how the transition to toddler bed goes but we're still a way off being ready for that.Original: I did a lot of research before deciding which crib to buy - this one looked so beautiful and practical but I was concerned by some of the earlier reviews referring to parts not arriving, holes not lining up etc. I decided to trust my instinct and also the fact that the most recent reviews were very favourable - so glad I did! The quality is excellent, especially considering the price.We are pushed for space so this is our only real piece of nursery furniture. To have the changing table, drawers and shelves as part of the package is so useful and I'm sure we will find the fact that it converts to a toddler bed very handy in the future.All of the parts arrived on time and together. We had no problems with assembly (a couple of minor 'scratch your head moments but nothing compared to other flat pack furniture we've had in the past). All holes lined up just fine. There were a few extremely minor scuffs on the wood but nothing on any really visible parts once the thing is assembled. It took my husband and I (currently 7 months pregnant so not as mobile as usual) a little under 2 1/2 hours to put together and neither of us is particularly DIY savvy.If 1/2 stars were possible, I'd probably have given this product 4 1/2, due to the minor scuffing I mentioned and a couple of slightly tricky moments when assembling. But, as 1/2 stars aren't possible, I felt it fairer to round up rather than down in this case.Not sure if we were just lucky or whether the glitches mentioned in earlier reviews have been addressed across the board. Either way, I couldn't be happier with this lovely, sturdy crib and feel it represents great value for money. Looking forward to getting our baby in it!
