Awesome snowshoes for the price. Climb bar is clutch.
I haven’t snow shoed since I was a kid, flipping around in oversized sorel boots, and laced oversized shoes left me thinking it was tiring slow and heavy. These snow shoes proved the exact opposite. They inspire confidence, like you look at the mountain and know you can take any route you please. I’m 6’4 200lbs and the 30” version definitely kept me from sinking without feeling large and clunky. The ratchet-down snowboard style binding straps tightened down to my hiking boots well, no sloppiness like I remember as a kid. Rear rubber back strap is a little weird but not unusual at all for snow shoes. The poles are very nice, with thread-on snow baskets and rubber tip protectors to protect your carbide tips. The bag works well for storage and transport, making the whole setup something I just toss in the back seat and go.None of my friends have the climb bar, and they’re all looking at buying these because of it. Flipping up that little bar under your heel makes a HUGE difference and let’s you walk right up 45 degrees or more.Enjoying mine very much and you will too!!!!

Good snowshoes, used a few times so far and they worked well for me
Ive never used or owned snowshoes before so i have to admit there might be things that more expensive snowshoes do that could be valid, but i personally found them to be well made and once on my feet worked without issue. The only thing i will comment on is getting these shoes on, and again having never used other shoes maybe it is what it is, but it took a bit of effort to get them on. This was made worse by the fact that both days i used them it was very cold, < 15F and you cant really wear gloves when fastening in. I found my hands would get cold and start to get numb toward the end, making it harder to finish. Maybe thats just the way it is for all shoes, dunno but some kind of clip-on system like skis have, or something approaching that functionality would be my only wishAnother plus with these is the bag and poles they come with. The bag is large enough for the poles to fit inside so they are easy to transport.

Extremely Disappointed!!
I bought three pairs of snowshoes for the family this Christmas. I am not afraid to spend money for what I believe is a good product. These snowshoes were the most expensive of the three I bought. When I received this pair, my attention was immediately drawn to how cheap and flimsy the rear straps are. They are a horrible design using thin rubber straps. Sure enough, after two light uses, both rear straps are failing (see photo). I am terribly disappointed. I will say the front straps/binders seem to be very nice as are the poles. As for the rear straps...buyer beware...you WILL be disappointed also!

where are the snow baskets?
My husband ordered these snow shoes and he received them in good order except the little snow basket things that go on the poles, though pictured with the snow shoes, were not in the box when it arrived. I contacted the seller and expressed to them that the product itself was great but that my husband was fussed over not getting the snow baskets for the poles with the order. They had been pictured and should have been included in the order. I was assured the oversight would be corrected but thus far it has not. my husband is still hounding me. The product is good, he tried them out, but the aggravation from the absence of the snow baskets is not great. this only really seems to be a problem to my husband.

Close to Perfect- until ...
Feels like a snowshoe (unlike my prior snowshoe purchase from someone else). Poles and shoe work properly and are well designed- one exception - I would change the design on the bottom to open the rear claw as it collects snow. The colors are quite visible but I would like a less visible color, mainly the color on the handles. It you are l in whiteout conditions then helpful, otherwise distracting. Getting into and out of the clamps was easy except for the back being tricky to latch.Added photos showing sticking snow, and how it looks after cleaning snow. 7000” Colorado 25 degrees sunshine.Trip #4 snap breakdown - sorry cannot use anymore. See pictures.

Great set for the price
Great set for the price. Only used once so far this year but initial impression was quite good. These have all the features I was hoping for and seem to be well built.

It's a quality issue
I didn't like the way the bindings would hit my shoe. I tried them on in the house and I did not like them as well as the ones I had before. I think if you were going to Snowshoe once in a while they'd be fine but snowshoeing a lot they would just hurt your feet

Well built
The wife and I do a lot of snowshoeing and I looking at a lot of shoes. Chose these because of the temperature rating of -40. Not that we go out in -40 but I didn't want to worry about straps snapping in the cold. Shoes were easy to put on and seem to be built sturdy.

Light weight
Light weight, the rake on the bottom digs in when climbing hills. Have lasted a couple of winters now and no problems.
