Q: Can you use this to add to your inventor such as inventory in 2 different place in your store. ex: display and back stock room. also transfer inventor

For QuickBooks POS, this scanner merely counts Inventory in Stock. What POS are you using?

Q: Will it work with other accounting softwares?

It should, the scanner records the UPC and quantity. At the very least, you should be able to download the data to a spreadsheet and then upload it from there.

Q: What POS systems will this work with?

I use it with Quickbooks POS 12.

Q: Does this work with windows 10 and quickbooks pos 12?

I am using QB POS12 on Win10 and Win7 I have not been able to get the driver working on Win10
