I test my blood sugar a lot and unfortunately I am not one of those people who stop bleeding magically, I normally need a minute or two and some decent pressure. These gauze pads definitely get the job done, but they do stick a little to me, so I wish they didn't do that as much, but other than that I like them, and they were definitely affordable.
