Great sound and great price!
I have had these earbuds for about a week and overall I really REALLY love the sound! I would give these earbuds 10 stars if there was a volume control. I took one star away because the manual seemed to indicate that there was a volume control on these. I have a pair of Monster DNA headphones and I would say these JLabs sound just as good. The cord is soft vinyl, connection of the cord to the earbud drivers seems sturdy, the look is on point and the ear cushions are pretty sturdy vinyl and not super flimsy rubber. These feel nice in your ears.Perfect fit tip:Like many others I found earbuds hard to get used to wearing and tricky to get them just right but I have a tip if you struggle too. To insert your earbuds assuming you're putting in the left one first, reach behind your head with your right hand and gently tug on the top of your ear, lifting up while pressing the earbud into your ear, this will straighten your ear canal enough that you should get the perfect fit right away, repeat for the right side.Pros:- Sounds great even though I haven't "Burned them in yet". (URL below about burn in)- Flat cable, doesn't tangle as bad as round cables.- No complaints about the audio quality of the Mic from anyone I've talked to while using these- Excellent build quality.- Price!!! For $20 you're not going to find a better sounding pair of earbuds.- They come with various size ear cushions.- Limited Lifetime warranty. From manual: (All warranty claims are subject to JLab Audio authorization and at our sole discretion.)- Not a really big deal but also comes with a JLab Sticker on the flip side of the "Stop! Don't return this to the seller if something is broken" warningCons:- Cord could be a bit longer. 34 1/2" from the Y to the point the cable goes into the 3.5mm connector you use to unplug he earbuds- Despite the indication that these are Apple Compatible you can't change the volume. These only work to accept/drop calls & pause/play music. (Verified this by calling JLab customer support) These actually don't have any audio volume control for any device including Android.URL to the manual (Burn in URL is also in the manual): https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0240/9337/files/Earbuds_Manual.pdf?16934616770528517299

Great Sound, Short Life
I love the sound of these headphones, however the durability is questionable. My first pair worked a short time and then shorted out. My replacement pair worked fine a short time and also shorted, this time just beyond the return window. It feels very hit or miss. I may be seeking a different brand at this point. The cheaper line Diego actually lasted longer than this "upgraded" line of headphones.

I put them to a real test... and they passed.
I rarely leave a review for anything, let alone a pair of inexpensive earbuds. For these I will make an exception; the JLab Bass DJ Inspired earbuds are exceptional. I don't claim to be an audiophile by any means, but as a regular joe who has had his share of earbuds/headphones/earphones, I have to say I'm very impressed by these. They fit comfortably and block out pretty much all outside noise. One thing that stands out is that I accidentally got them washed and dried along with the laundry. I didn't have high hopes. I thought they were done but... Wait What?!? They are still working JUST FINE! The dryer messed up the cable a little, they get tangled now, before the wash they never really got tangles but I'll give them a pass. I don't think they were meant to go through that. Of course I wouldn't recommend putting them through any wash cycles but the fact that they still work makes me like them even more than I already did. Way to go JLab! This is my second pair btw, I lost the first pair on a flight.

Really great sound but they don't last long
This will easily be my 11th pair purchased for someone in my family if not myself. These have the best sound for the price and quality but they never last long thus the mid range rate. Usually one of the ear pieces goes dead randomly, twice I have had the sound quality go from great to crap out of the blue.

Cat-proof!
I bought these because I have pets and frequently have my earbuds ripped out by the cord because a cat has gotten tangled in it. I've had several pairs die that way, or die from the long term effects of that kind of abuse. My cats also attack the cords and have murdered at least one pair by chomping on them. Top that with the fact I'm a klutz and have tried to save my dropped phone by an earbud cord, or have caught the cord on drawer knobs, doorknobs, or myself and ripped out my earbuds or yanked the plug end out of my phone's audio jack and you have a recipe for going through potentially hundreds of dollars in less sturdy earbuds. :(After several months though, these have experienced all of the above and show NO signs of damage or wear & tear. The sound quality is wonderful and they're also some of the most comfortable earbuds I've ever owned. I'll definitely be buying these again & recommending them to people who are hard on theirs!

Irritating
They worked great until they decided they wanted to randomly pause and skip my music and turn on my voice control like every 3 seconds even when i turned voice control off. They are a really good pair of earbuds (this is coming from an audiophile) but i wish they werent so iritating. I'm not sure if this will happen to anyone else but it happened to me.

Sound is dramatically better!
I use Diego's most of the time but decided to try these for better sound. I don't need extra bass but better sound. My music is acoustic & I want to hear the strings. The sound is awesome, well worth the extra money. it's hard to believe for $5 more that they can sound this much better. I compared the sound of Diego vs Bass DJ & the Bass DJ is clearly much better. The biggest drawback is their weight--they won't stay in the ears if you move around. I tried several different tips & it doesn't make a difference--they are the same size as others but heavier & fall out. they need an ear hook. So the sound is excellent & well worth it, but if you're active--may be a problem
