Very simple to use! Comes with everything you need, just add fresh water to each batch. I love this product because with each use I am using a fresh batch of solution. My jewelry comes out sparkling every time. Only a little bit of the solution is needed for each batch. You can clean several pieces per batch. Highly recommend. I have actually given this to friends and family because I love it so much.

Jewelry got very clean and sparkly after using. Had just tried a different cleaner a few days ago and was surprised by how clean this one actually got my jewelry compared to the other cleaner I used. No hash smells either.

This is a gentle cleaning set that works. The brush is thicker than the original one which I love much better as it cleans better and it's not flimsy and though some complain of dirty water and that you want to refresh on the water every time you use it you really don't need to till about the 4-6 uses out of it when the water begins to be cloudy..then I would advise changing it because otherwise it would be foolish if the water is not even that dirty yet to do so. So this can last very well past the 80 times you can clean with this. I love this invention and think it's the best they have offered in a long time to clean your jewelry as I use to use the old way of doing it in the same container that eventually gets dirty and won't last as long. This really is the better upgrade to that. The only complaint is I wish that they had sealed completely the lid with no holes in it then it would be perfect so you can leave the water in it without spilling until your ready to change it out and so it can spill and is not travel friendly unless you empty it. But other than that it's perfect and if they upgrade it without the holes for those who don't prefer to empty it on a daily basis then this would be the best yet for portability. Just more options for more people. The price is great too! Either way I would still buy this again if I needed to.

This cleaner really works. Do not leave your jewelry in for any extended period of time. They several other products that are awesome.

I was perhaps expecting too much. I have a silver-plated chain that has gotten discolored over time, especially where it is next to my neck. Placing it in the solution and scrubbing it with the provided brush didn't do anything to correct it. I even tried leaving it in the solution over-night. Not worth the money.

I am newly engaged and very diligent about keeping my ring clean. I received special cleaner from the jeweler but wasn't satisfied with the way that it cleaned my ring. I noticed just after a week, that the solution was already dirty and I became very skeptical about how clean my ring was getting in dirty solution. I read the review on this product and loved that I could make new solution each time I needed to clean my ring. WOW! Just once time cleaning my ring in this solution and I could immediately tell a difference! I am so happy with the way my ring looks! The brush included is awesome-I feel like it does a better job of getting in between the nooks and crannies of my ring than the other brush with my other cleaner. I highly recommend this product. My other suggestion for keeping jewelry sparkly and shiny is to clean once a day-much easier to stay ahead of the cleaning process. Right now, I make the solution in the morning and clean my ring. I keep the solution for the rest of the day (sometimes I clean midday), clean my ring one more time before going to bed, and then throw the solution out. I don't think twice a day is necessary but I'm a stickler for jewelry maintenance and cleanliness.
