This faucet looks amazing and feels like a quality item for our bathroom remodel. The issues arises when you actually install it and realize that where the compression hoses meet the faucet is in a small crevice about 2-3 inches deep with no clearance to fit any tools. When you attempt to tighten you will not be able to secure these enough so they do not leak (the compression hose will simply spin and the nut will not tighten). My plumber did not have any basin wrench small enough to fit and tighten these.We ordered 2 of these units and the second one appeared to try to address this issue with somewhat of an extension on the end of the compression hoses (pictured), however the cavity is about 2 inches and the extension is exactly the same depth - so as you thread it in you no longer can reach the nut to be able to wrench tighten and the compression just spins.I've reached out to the Faueet email provided and I am waiting to hear back..UPDATE 12/17/20: Faueet has sent me new hot/cold water lines to install to see if it resolves the leak at this junction. I won't be able to attempt to install for several weeks, updating to 4 star until I can try install and will either leave at 4 or downgrade if they leak again.Update 2/10/21Replacement lines shipped after initial review solved the problem and allowed for me to fully tighten with no leaks!

We were Initially impressed with this product. It looks nice and the price point was great. However after 2 weeks of use it failed. We came home to a flooded garage and water pouring out of the ceiling. One of the water lines that attaches to the valve inside broke off at the thread. Fortunately we were only gone about an hour before we noticed it or we would have severe water damage.*Update 2/2/2021* I reached out to the company and explained my problem and they replied quickly. They have since updated the water lines and offered to send me new ones immediately. When I explained the issue further they offered to also replace the entire unit. I was actually surprised how easy they were to deal with. Within a few days I received my replacements. I will update again after I reinstall and evaluate further.

Very hard to install. I hired southwest plumbing and they have a hard time installing it. Not sure how to make the base water tight. It sits on top of tiles and have a pedestal leg screwed onto the tiles. The mud section would rotate. Doesn’t seem stable...
