Overall the USN BlueLab is a solid option to up your protein intake. After trying out a couple of similar brands I would say it lives up to its competitors in terms of efficiency and flavour (purchased the vanilla flavour), however it does offer good value for money compared to other options.Flavour (vanilla) - Solid flavour that is nice to be mixed with other food items if required (nice with oats etc). Isn’t the strongest flavour but also isn’t overbearing, nice with both water and milk.Protein Content - Offering 25g of protein per serving it offers a solid option, however alternatives can offer a higher protein content per serving.Overall good option, and certainly not bad for the price

I've used the USN anabolic for a while.. no issues.. but this stuff is like a pre med laxative.3 stars because even though its good, I can't move more than 10 meters from a toilet for hours..
