Lund's Swedish Pancake Mix - 12 oz - 2 ct

This makes crepe-making a cinch. I love these crepes and I make them for sweet or savory meals and desserts. I make a chicken divan crepe which is my son's absolute favorite meal and I served it on Christmas last year and everyone loved it. I also sautée diced apples or peaches in butter and cinnamon sugar until they are soft and wrap them in these crepes with a dollop or two of sweet vanilla yogurt. My grandson loved this when I babysat. Got him to eat fruit and breakfast.

I’ve been making Lund’s for years. My local stores don’t carry it. I’ve tried all the other brands so I now just order from Amazon. Best pancakes ever. Not just gummy fluff.

Yep, I'm Swedish/American and grew up enjoying these amazing style of pancakes. It's actually difficult to find these mixes in most stores unless you hit up a Cost Plus Imports or similar retailer.There is another popular brand available, but sadly when they box their product, they do precisely that, just dump the mix straight into a box and glue the top shot. If you're going to use the mix straight away, that's fine, but if the mix has been in shipping containers, sitting on store shelves or in your own pantry, you'll find a surprise when you open the box. Yep... bugs. Yuk. Little moth like cotton strands in the corners and little black dots in the mix. What a waste.Lund's thankfully packages their product with a bit more thought and you won't experience this issue.This mix is easy to use and the end result are soft, crepe-like pancakes, just add lingonberries and cream cheese and you're good to go. Many don't use cream cheese, but my wife adds this, bringing an amazingly enjoyable taste and texture to the final product.

I love this Swedish pancake mix. I buy lingonberries and use fresh maple syrup. They’re thin and delicious. I use milk instead of water.

I have used this pancake mix for 50 years. Always love having these pancakes once a month.
