Gtech HeatWave Patio Heater

I bought two of these heaters after a lot of research. I only wanted basic functions but good quality and price.I’ve had these for a year now and they work really well. The warmth is instant and makes chilly evenings quite comfortable. The light is less bright red than others I’ve had. I have wired switches into the power supply as installed above reaching height. I didn’t want yet another remote control to lose.

Great little heater now fitted in our gazebo. Immediate 2kw of lovely heat emitting last night- put a smile on my wife’s face as she sipped her wine. Very easy to install and I would rate it very good value for money.Typical GTech excellence.

Knocked a star off as there is not any adjustability and it is very hot! Could do with a half heat setting

Easy to install and seems to work well after a couple of uses, it's more for taking the chill off than creating real heat but I was aware of this in advance, but have been able to sit out (in Scotland) till very late with this.Recommended purchase, be quick as it appears this has been discontinued

Does what is says on the Tim for the price. Regarding the cord length, see the photo. It doesn't get too hot so it's burning your head, which is a win. Easy to hang up and it's keeping the chill off 5 of us right now as we are sat round a table.

Returned this item as it doesn’t emit enough heat. It gets very hot, but it doesn’t travel. The power cable is also very short, meaning it has to be very close to the socket.

Great quality heater, slim, neat, sturdy and attractive in appearance. Produces nice warm glow and good heat. Thought we may need 2 for the size of our gazebo but electrician suggested one may be sufficient and I think he’s right. Absolutely delighted with purchase

I can't really fault this item at such a good price. I already owned a cheap quartz patio heater which did the job, but i was always curious as to how much better an infrared heater would be. Price always put me off until I found this Gtech model at a third of its original price, so i jumped at it. I've only had limited use so far, but can honestly say it's a good step up from the previous one I had. The heat is instant and can be felt at normal distances that you would expect to be comfortable. There is only one setting at 2kw which is a bit limiting but you could buy two and still spend less than the normal cost and cover a larger area. Anyway, for me it's just for those summer evenings that are just a little too cool and for that I'm very pleased with my purchase.
