Every summer at the library where I work we have to set up an area for our special summer events-- we have no dedicated space for programming. I need to use tape to mark off areas where no standing is allowed. We've usually used duct tape And for years I have struggled with cleaning the adhesive left on the floor when the tape is removed.This year I decided to look for tape that would not cause this issue, and found this product. Not only is it easy to apply and to adjust if you don't get the line straight enough, it removes from the floor like a dream, often in long sections. In fact, I had a couple of preschoolers who wanted to help me do it, and we competed to see who could pull off the longest piece of tape! Best of all this stuff comes off CLEANLY from the floor. No residue at all! The stuff is more expensive in duct tape, but well worth the price

I purchased 6 rolls of this tape, and I do not recommend it for use on tennis court surfaces. The adhesive has very weak adhesion to the composition surfaces on most tennis courts. Further, the surface of the tape is very slick, causing the ball to skip when it bounces off the line.One other problem with this product is that it is very elastic, which causes it to peel away from the line because it wants to spring back when stretched.Overall, not recommended at all!

Good vinyl tape used for marking court lines on a wood gym floor. Just the right thickness, as it is strong and holds well, but also doesn’t interfere with ball bounces or create a tripping hazard. We’ve used this for marking pickleball courts over the existing lines from volleyball and basketball. Just chose a contrasting color and it worked out great. Sticks well (as long as the floor is clean and dry) and doesn’t seem to peel up or tear. Decent stuff for the price. Would buy again. Lots of colors to choose from too. That was kind of nice. Got here quick and was packaged fine. I would recommend.

I’ve purchased this in 4 different colors to use in the classroom. I use it to divide sections on tables, as a center divider, zigzag line to use with cars as well as a line up line. I’ve rephrased because so many teachers love to use it in their room, too. It is easy to use and just as easy to remove or reposition.

Wasn’t sure how well this tape would work on regrind rubber mats because I couldn’t find anyone who has purchased the tape for this purpose. I also didn’t want to use double sided tape. So I took a risk and as of day 1 I am happy with the results. I used a tape gun to apply the tape to the floor. Didn’t take too long and seemed to stick just fine. I’ll do a follow up in about 30 days.

I purchased this tape for use with foam "puzzle piece" gym mats as I was building out a home gym in our garage. I read a tip somewhere that this tape worked great to tape the underside of the puzzle pieces at their joints.That was absolutely correct - it's easy to unravel, cut and place and has the perfect amount of give. When I put it down incorrectly at first, it removes very cleanly and can be placed down again - perfect for my application.It also works well on top of the mats, as I tested it just for fun.I was able to lay down 144 square feet of the flooring with this on the underside on ~50% of the joints with a single roll - and I still have plenty left over. Great purchase.

I bought this to mark floor boundaries in my classroom. Prior to this I was using blue painters tape which doesn’t last and is expensive. This stuff lasts when 150 kids are walking over it every day! I haven’t had to replace it yet and it has been on my floor for a few months so far. The tape sticks but doesn’t leave a sticky residue either, which I love!

Used this to make a faux race track for my son’s birthday party. It didn’t even begin to lift despite being rolled over with toy cars and trampled by a bunch of kids. Left it on my flooring (Luxury vinyl planks) for two weeks for my kids and neighbors to continue playing on and when I was ready to be done with it, it peeled up easily and left no residue at all. Would definitely purchase again.

Too expensive

Lo compré para señalar las entradas y salidas del centro de idiomas donde trabajo. Es fácil de colocar y no deja residuos una vez que se retira, lo cual es excelente porque a veces el personal de limpieza no es muy cuidadoso. Es vistoso, grueso y resistente, muy recomendable para usarlo en las aulas.

Hasta ahora a funcionado muy bien, claro que la señora que hace la limpieza no es la más enjundiosa al tallar y lavar los pisos. Es complicado dejarlo derecho, o al menos a mí me costó trabajo. Buena calidad y funciona bien. Ya saben, es una maravilla que las cosas te lleguen al otro día con Prime a la oficina.

This floor tape was used to mark out Pickleball courts on a vinyl tile surface. It went down easily and was also easy to remove with very little residue that was cleaned up using Goo Gone and cotton rags. Would purchase again as needed.
