Yes it is safe for plastics and glass. I found it beneficial to take a dry cloth and buff the windows after application. Use a clean section of rag to apply to glass

Yes- and I’ve found no difference whatsoever. Use whatever wash media you like with this product, it will work great. WG Uber is basically an improvement of Optiumum No Rinse with its added slickness while washing + si02 protection left afterwards.
