Schweppes Bitter Lemon. 12pack x 1 Liter

When in Italy, I tried the Schweppes lemon flavored. I am addicted. The lemon citrus has a bitter kick. So good!

What can I say here? One of my favorite beverages on a sweltering day is gin and bitter lemon. Of all the bitter lemon incarnations out there, Schweppes has always been the most lemon forward of the bunch. Which is why I like it. Other brands are much less lemony, and have more spiciness... so if that is your taste, go for it. But me... I like the nice, round, full lemon flavor. Schweppes Bitter Lemon is hard to find on the left coast, especially in SoCal, so I bought 24 bottles. Hey... summer is on the horizon!

My husband loves bitter lemon in his cocktails. Apparently Canada Dry no longer produces it. But this product has him perfectly satisfied. A little pricey, but worth it.

and though i'm happy to find it, smaller bottles for a better price would have been great

I got hooked on this drink when I was a kid and could't get enough lemon-flavored food or candy or anythingelse!!. All through my life - quite often I would buy a six-pack of Schweppes and drink the whole thing myself(not all at once!). Then - tragedy struck! Schweppes stopped shipping it to the U.S.. I was heart-broken butresigned to my fate n - until I found it on Amazon!!!!!!! YAYYYY!!!!! You have to try it - mixed or straight, it'snectar from the gods, I swear.

It is difficult to describe the bitter lemon/quinine flavor of Schweppes Bitter Lemon. You just have to try it.

Schweppes bitter lemon is the only mix for pimm’s cup cocktails. No other mix tastes right. However in Southern California it is no longer available so am grateful to find it on Amazon. It is also good plain for upset tummies.

I miss the original Bitter Lemon that had an unmistakable tang when you drank it.I don't know why they changed the recipe, but it's better than having no Bitter Lemon at all.
