A delightful treat that will have you buggin'
Crunchy and savory are just two words that come to mind after eating these delightful treats. This light tang really made my day. I would highly recommend these lovely barbeque bugs to ANY bug eating individual. The thought of these little critters jumping around in my stomach fills me with joy. They make for a good salad too.

Dried Insects
The dried insects were interesting and tasty but I was shocked at the small amount of product (15 grams) for the price advertised. Bugs are cheap and plentiful and I really expected much more product for the price.

Hit or Miss
I decided to try this as I've tried ants before. Every bug tastes exactly the same and I can't even describe what they taste like. It didn't taste bad but not something I would buy again. However, my dad really liked them and said he would buy again.

Good quality
They look like good quality. My squirrel is in his picky stage, so he isn't eating them right now. But, they are full pieces & intact. Not crumbs like 1 company i ordered bugs from. I would recommend & probably prefer again.Very small bag. So watch what size you order. This is no fault to the company.

Attempted to return for the safety of children, and unopened items NOT eligible for return!
We ordered 5 packages of these edible bugs for a "Fear Factor" type program event at an afterschool program. We had two staff members try the bugs before feeding them to children. One staff member ate a small grub and another staff member ate a large grasshopper and a large cricket. Later that same evening, the staff member who ate the two larger bugs got violently ill with an undetermined gastrointestinal bug for several days and nearly ended up in the hospital. It was decided for the safety of the children in the program, that we would not allow the children to try the bugs, and would instead return them to the manufacturer- ONLY WE COULDN'T! We assumed the open bag would not be eligible for return, but the remaining 4 bags were completely untouched and STILL not eligible for return, which means our non-profit afterschool program that went out on a limb to provide fun programming for kiddos, is now stuck with $40 worth of bugs we cannot use OR return! Was is the bugs that made the staff member sick? We do not know, but what we DO know, is that we should have been able to return the unopened packages of bugs to the manufacturer. As for the product itself:Appearance: Exactly as expectedTaste: The grasshopper reportedly tasted like salty grass, the cricket tasted less grassy but much like the shell of a sunflower seed. The grub had no distinct taste (gross or otherwise). The product arrived as expected and I don't have complaints about the product, necessarily, but I am very disappointed that I cannot return the unopened packages.

Taste good
My son and his friends had a blast eating these and grossing others out! But they said they really did taste good and ate the whole bag!

Pricy. Great Texture. But as with all processed insects, there is need for own seasoning
Texture is good, flavor is the usual for processed insects (almost flavorless). There is a need to add your own seasoning (which at end makes it also appealing). I added some lime drops. This improved the flavor. It is a great product. But still insects are very expensive in the US. $9.99 for 1/2 oz is too much money for a snack. I will continue buying them, but eating them as if they were Beluga.
