Wow, this was fun but quite a challenge for a first project of this kind. Some of the parts are so small and others are delicate, but with diligence and determination you can make a very cool 3D puzzle. First, I would recommend that you consider starting with a smaller puzzle and working up to this one. Second, I would recommend working with a partner. We watched a video on YouTube of a guy putting this together in 7 hours (he sped up the video considerably). I think it took my husband and I at least 3 times as much time working together. The directions are fantastic; very detailed. Very happy with our finished product and will consider to another.

Tricky to put together! But with a lot of patience, and the handy little videos they provide, it is satisfying.

Puzzle was challenging and fulfilling however the sound quality of the record was not good. Bug overall a good purchase

The instructions were easy to follow and the build came along perfectly! I’m very impressed, as were my husband and son. I was able to complete this build in about 20 working hours. It works like a charm, and I didn’t experience sound issues like some other reviewers mentioned. The only issues I found were with regard to the grammatical errors throughout the instructions.

I enjoy these wood toys. They are fun. This one was no let down. It is cool when put together.

This actually plays records , not very good but it does. Once i got into putting this one together it was nonstop

This was somewhat challenging to put together, but not so difficult that it wasn't fun to do. Some of the pieces are a pretty fragile, and I had to glue a couple back together, but it turned out really cool and just as pictured. I highly recommend buying a needle nose tweezer set with this - I don't think I could have completed it without. The sounds quality is pretty awful. It is far sturdier than I expected once assembled, but it still wobbles when you turn the crank, which causes the needle to skip all around the record. I haven't had a chance to try the micro usb auxiliary audio yet because I don't have the right cord. It's not a normal aux cord like I had expected, so I need to find a micro usb that connects to my phone, I guess. All in all, I recommend this. I never intended to use it as a real record player or speaker - that was just a fun extra. It looks as pictured, and it was fun to put together, so it fulfilled what I expected when purchased!

Got it for a teenager to get him off the computer for a few days and he was hooked. He enjoyed it even with all the little pieces. Had to figure out some kinks and the record it came with was ok. But everyone who sees it wants to crank it. Should’ve gotten the battery power one but this was still cool.
