First of all, the easiest tea infuser to use. Simply pinch and scoop. The place in hot water. Super easy to clean, does not effect to flavor of my tea, and s built super sturdy and is going to last a long time. Infuses the tea without leaking herbs into tea.

I don't look for much in a loose leaf tea steeper. So long as it holds enough tea for a mug, I'm pretty satisfied. For the cost, this was a great value. Having 3 steepers is excellent, as my partner and I often drink tea together and it's great to be able to make multiple mugs at once.Unfortunately, the quality is fairly indicative of the cost. The moving parts are a bit loose and feel as though they could come apart at any moment. As a result, these don't close very securely and we often have smaller tea leaves sneak out through the gaps into our mugs. This isn't a huge concern for me, as I generally filter my tea after steeping, but that's a step most people don't/won't do.If you're highly against residual tea leaves/residue in your cup, I would recommend you look for a better quality steeper. But for the cost and my personal needs, these were a good value and a decent purchase.

I’ve used a lot of infusers over the years, and these finally feel like something built for real tea drinkers—not just the dainty loose-leaf crowd.If you brew roots, bark, or anything chunkier than standard leaves, this is your set.

Want a cuppa and maybe a rebrew or two? These things are great and don't open in the cup as the older "snap closed" types tend to do. Loads much quicker than balls and allows stirring with the leaves. These are very handy and are in constant use. Have a friend that likes tea? With three of these at this price give one to your buddy. When done, squeeze it open over recycling or the trash and give it a shake then a quick rinse and set it over to dry. Easy to use, easy to clean.

The design and functionality is just not great. The seal will remain open with any tiny piece of tea leaf between the clasps, and then leak leaves all in your drink.
