My mom is limited with gluten intolerance and so many other ingredients found in most gluten free products. This is one of the few she can eat and it tastes great! Fast & simple mix. Texture is good. And bot a bad price in comparison . Thankful

Pretty darn good. I wish they had less sugar, though. I love Simple Mills products overall. Their crackers are super addicting! We don't use this mix often, but we use it more often for waffles than pancakes. Either way, the batter works well, good consistency, even cooking, nice flavor. They are not brick-like as with other GF products. Always nice! A bit spendy, as with all other SM products too. But I love the convenience sometimes. I cook most of our stuff, but as a mom who works outside the home, sometimes I have to punt. So glad to have a good option for that!

I have to eat grain-free for health reasons, and making pancakes from scratch can be a real pain. These definitely aren't going to be as fluffy as the pancakes you get in a diner, but they're pretty delicious. I add in chocolate chips for something sweet, and have started adding in blueberries, too. (I also add a bit of cinnamon and xylitol to the mix to sweeten it up since I don't use syrup.) Great substitute option and if you make a big batch, they hold up for a few days in the fridge.

I bought this product twice in the past. I like the taste and it's easy to make. But I just realized they increased the price by 60% this time, why? I'd buy it from the store which is cheaper.

This makes very good gluten-free pancakes. Don't over-cook, though, or they get a little dry. I like that there are no artificial ingredients or preservative. These are "almost" like the real thing especially compared to other like products. The price here is much better than buying in the store by at least $1.50 a box. Still expensive but we try to eat gluten-free and many gluten-free products are full of stuff we don't want to eat - these aren't.

Purchased the plain Pancake & Waffle mix . It was actually very good. It came together very quickly and its neutral flavor allows for additions. I do however feel like you don't get as many waffles as to justify the high price tag.The price was very expensive. But perhaps worth it if you are in hurry or don't feel like making your own Paleo mix. I appreciate that there are premade food that actually taste good.
