This is a good deal... I don’t say that if it’s not true.
Good quality, surprisingly for the price. Cool headphone and usb jack on the side, zippers get snagged a little bit but zipper is decent quality and will hold with weight of heavy books. I like the extra straps because they can mold the interior objects you put inside into a good balance. Great feature. It has nice straps and my son is really happy about it.

Piece of crap
Feel apart. I tried to replace it and no response. It took me a month to get i ordered it back in November. Zippers get stuck. Customer service for this company is crap also.

zipper broke in two days
son is a big fan of the youtube channel so i surprised him with this book bag for school. after a couple days the zippers broke from normal wear.

El producto no duro ni una mes por que se en peso a desliarse y el zíper es muy malo por que se abre de nada un producto muy malo por lo que le voy a mostrarlo en los videos ok
