I don’t understand why some reviews are so low. The product itself is actually very good, well-made and easy to assemble. One thing I really appreciate is the fan’s strong and efficient speed it cools the room quickly. There’s a little bit of noise, but that’s expected given the power of the fan. Overall, it’s a great product and definitely worth it.

Dissapointed with this Fan. The base is unstable and the single screw at the base does not tighten up. Had this fan for 6 months in which the screw got lose 4 times. The fan droops and then falls down when the base is lose. I was expecting better quality from Black Decker

Quiet powerful motor moves a lot of air. Great fan for the price. Base feels a little wobbly to the fan. That's my only complaint.

I have seen alot of negative reviews here that i almost did not buy even though i trust the brand: so to address them 1- it is very simple to assemble , there are only 3 extra supportive pieces aside from the main. There is a clear illustration on the guide and incase it is hard to identify, no part can fit in place of the other so if the one you assumed doesn’t go, try the next. Simple ! Besides, i am a lady 😊 2- it is not loud as mentioned, incase it is, then just tighten the parts inside 😊 i did the same mistake but i opened and tightened it the parts inside more , “they actually made 2 more rounds” and they are only 2 separating parts separating the propeller from the back and front cover 3- it cools down the house alright , i have a full wall window that gets sun from 1400hrs to sunset and i left it at power 3 and by the time i came back from shower , maybe 20 minutes later after , the bedroom was cool enough i did not need the AC So do for now , it was worth it - i will update after sometime about durability as i have seen some review of some settings not working

It stopped working after six month, the speed deteriorated. I reached the support to get help from seller as it was in warranty No reply from luckily Amazon saved the say they help return in with full refund.

Fan is good, but the instructions are not proper. It's a new model, and the fan's base stand is plastic. It can fall any time. Mine fell, and the blade is broken. Now, the service center also doesn't have a blade motor and the air quality is fantastic, just the stand is the problem.

This stopped suddenly after one and half year. Got it checked but was beyond repair. It is Chinese make so now Black & Decker has become an unreliable brand.

Works as intended, very good quality materials, nice air flow and runs quietly.

Honestly on the fastest setting it sounds like a turbo prop airplane about to take off. The sound is high pitched with a noticeable hum and if you don't drone it out you might not be able to sleep. Doubles as a white noise machine though so 2 in 1 I guess. The breeze is cooling and the reach of the air is also quite adequate.
