DS18 S-1100.2/RD Car Audio Amplifier – Full-Range, Class Ab, 2 Channel Amplifier, 1100 Watts (Red)

When my old warhorse multichannel amp (Hyphonics Zeus) finally died on me I decided to go with multiple amps (2 channel) for front and rear. Bought 2 of these on sale for just over $100. Each are pushing DS18 6.5" speakers (round in front & squares in the rear) Sound is phenomenal and amps stay cool to the touch.

The amp is for quality sounds not so much just bass but all around bass and treble. Made my sounds system sound amazing. I connected with 2 - 6 x 9’s and it works like a charm. I have Thai 5 star because it’s worth the money I paid and the quality is super d duper.

I if YOU BUY GET PROTECTION PLAN. like the Sound it delivers but it goes in to protect mode a lot because of the HEAT. Update after a month this amp is Trash don't waste your money Assurance want even allow me to make A Claims. Update Claim Finally Gone Through Got My Money back.

I bought to add to my system thinking it was a 1000 watt Amp but when received it really only is a 150 watt at most so no good for running subs but I kept it to run my horn I am planning on buying soon and would be prefect for that or high end tweeters

It just what I wasn't looking for I needed a 4 channel with some power but this is a decent amp

This amp shows 1100 watch but in reality is only 125 or so I don’t understand why they put that on their RMS ratings are very very low the amp is very weak does not push much.
