I have been on the meal replacement train for years now. Varying the amount of my diet that is meal replacements vs 'traditional' food. Sometimes 100% meal replacements other times anywhere from 0-30%. Having tried all the major players, this is certainly towards the top. While its not intended to replace every meal, as stated on the bag, the cereal flavor is great for breakfast or anytime you are looking for something sweet. But with the flavor being so good, its certainly up towards the top of my favorites. I typically make a double recipe, which is 800 Kcal. I like the precision of weighing out powder with a kitchen scale and measure the fat free skim milk as per the directions. It tastes just like a bowl of cereal! After trying the fruity flakes flavor first, I immediately went and bought the other two flavors. I am certainly excited to try those as well. I would definitely recommend to try this if you are looking for a quick and easy meal that takes only a couple minutes to make. Or for those who are heavy into meal replacements, this is great to have on hand for variety sake.

I have tried so many different meal replacement powders, not a huge fan.. my teenage son wanted to get CTRL as an easy quick grab and go breakfast option .. he got the sample pack on the CTRL site to see which he liked (before I would buy him the bigger more expensive bag on Amazon)He said he liked all 3 but wanted the cinnamon.. I was still dubious as honestly found most I’ve tried .. well not very good..However I was pleasantly surprised.. this was flavorful, literally like the bottom of a cereal bowl.. I tried with water, 2%milk and oat milk.. it tastes pretty good with water too.. but my fav is oat milk.. tastes more like a yummy creamy shake. My kid likes with whole milk.I’m happy he actually has breakfast now, and the ingredients are good.. !

This stuff is great, don't get me wrong. I enjoy this as a meal replacement during busy workdays, but it could be better. The taste is pretty good, but still has that protein taste a protein shake has, but with less protein. A bit of stevia and a 20% price cut would make this a perfect product.

I've had many different meal replacement shakes over the years and CTRL is by far the best one I've ever had.The different flavors are great, the shakers are fantastic and the overall package is clean and stylish.Cinnamon Toast is, by far, one of my favorite flavors from CTRL, with a great taste and a great texture from the cereal bits. The drink left me feeling full for a couple hours, which ended up being a great way to curb my hunger between meals.If you've been looking for something new, give CTRL a try. Easy recommendation.

Best tasting meal replacement shake ever! Fills you up 5 + hours!

I love CTRL so much! The overall quality of this product is amazing. Most protein powders/meal replacements have a really powdery texture but CTRL doesn’t. The design, taste, and consistency of the product is very good. I find myself using it a lot for workouts/gaming. For anyone considering CTRL, do it! Not only can you make shakes out of it, but you can also make pancakes/waffles out of it. I really enjoy making waffles with CTRL. If you want an even smoother texture with CTRL use milk and blend it. Hands down worth every penny!

The only reason for the 4 stars on flavor and overall is because there are just way too many sprinkles in it. I get it, its birthday cake but the bottom of my shaker was left with a thick coating of sprinkles. The flavor is great though compared to other meal replacement shakes, I would recommend it with milk.

I've been trying to find the perfect opportunity to start eating better post pandemic, with the pandemic its been a lot of fatty fat foods, take out, and more. CTRL is the perfect meal replacement to take on the go, have at the gaming setup, or whatever you're doing! It leaves you feeling full after one full shaker, without all the unnecessary calories, and has lots of great additives to such as Fiber, Protein, and more!CTRL has been rocking my world the last few weeks, and I will definitely be purchasing more!
