The Breville Commercial CSV700PSS1BUS1 HydroPro™ immersion circulator enables sous vide cooking in containers with a maximum of 12 gallons of water. Unlike a traditional sous vide machine, this wand can be inserted into various pots and pans. Its Toolbox™ function assists users with calculating cook time and temperature, ensuring moist and tender fish, chicken, steak, and vegetables. Built with a user-friendly color TFT touch display, the wand can be programmed to quickly recall and apply previously used recipes at the user's discretion. This immersion circulator has a polished stainless steel exterior for durability and reaches a maximum water temperature of 194 degrees Fahrenheit with its coil-less heating chamber. For fine-tuned application, the Breville Commercial CSV700PSS1BUS1 immersion circulator offers variable flow speed and 360-degree, modifiable flow direction. Its clamp is adjustable and detachable, and it features manual time and temperature control. For ease of operation, the circulator enables users to program as many as three cooking timers, and it has a low-water detection feature that alerts the operator when too much water has evaporated.
