Bag arrived a day before the estimated delivery date had even started, which was a nice surprise. My wife says the tote is exactly as described, quality workmanship, all zippers move smoothly. It is the perfect size for her to take her belongings back and forth to work: notebook and files fit perfectly, with room for her wallet, keys, a 16 oz. water bottle, etc. She no longer has to carry a purse and a bag. Bag stands on its own, metal feet on the bottom are a nice touch. An outer and an inner zipper pocket, and several other slide pockets, all easy to access. The bag looks very professional - some lesser quality nylon bags just sorta flop all over the place and that is not the case with this tote.
