AutoShack Radiator for 2005-2014 Subaru Outback Legacy 2008-2016 Impreza 2009-2013 Forester 2013-2015 XV Crosstrek 2016-2017 Crosstrek 2.0L 2.5L AWD High-Performance Replacement RK1100

This radiator fit my 13’ Crosstrek XV. I drove it over 1,500 miles since installing with no issues, and for anyone with the same vehicle it was super easy (mrsubaru does a great YouTube video). For a fraction of a new one at Subaru (would’ve been $800 my local dealership quoted me), it took me an hour and a lil elbow grease.Two notes:1) there is transmission cooler line hookups on the bottom of this, it’s for certain model Subarus but most first gen Crosstrek don’t use these and they can just be left as is.2) the port for the hose from the radiator fluid resvoir to connect was far too thin for my existing hose, it worked without a zip tie but would slowly back out so I just added a zip tie for peace of mindWould definitely buy again

very good. does not come with the foam strip, you ll need to remove it from old one and glue it to new one. other than that is very good.

This fit like a glove! no leaks and used the elbow extensions to match the original. Had to replace original radiator due to the dreaded seam leak! Well after 200,000 miles I guess it was time... Great price! Great packing! I wanted to reuse my oem style clamps so I did fork over for new hoses at the dealership..... the gates hoses end up being too thick for oem clamps.... Great replacement radiator so far!

Product was packed very well. Works great, fits perfectly. Came with different transmission line fittings for different applications.Highly recommend.

Good quality and came on time worked perfectly

This radiator has been in my wife's forester for about two months now and hasn't given any problems what so ever.Installation was easy enough - though that's more a comment on Subaru's design than any particular feature of this radiator. But it is worth noting: IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE SOFT RUBBER STRIP across the top that keeps it from rubbing with the frame rail. The origial can't really be reused, its glued in place. So I used two feet of adhesive backed weatherstripping from the hardware store.DO NOT install this unit without something to take up that gap or the radiator will rattle around and probably break pretty quickly. Especially when the fix is $3.00 worth of weatherstripping.Another thing worth noting is that the connectors for the transmission cooler (there are two sets, one straight and one @ 90 degrees) were only finger tight, so they had to be torqued down. Not a big deal, and I should have checked the torque before nstallation. That doesn't detract from the overall quality of the product.Overall, I'd be good with buying from this brand again.

From the Quality and Fit it works perfectly as discribed, I have a Crosstrek 2017. I had an issue were the radiator was damage in transit, the outer box was hit so hard that the surface of the radiator fins were damaged, I contacted AutoShack customer service and their answears were super quick and they provided several options to resolved the issue A+ for customer service.

Not a good product. I’ve bought 2 of these and both of them failed. They both leaked around the top where the plastic meets the metal part. Avoid at all cost. Most cases you do get what you pay for I was taking a chance now I’ve had to switch it out 3 times!
