When warming you make want to stir until it is warm to temp as it may scorch such as creamed soups
I bought this a little over a month ago and have used it like 5 times. It has not failed me yet. Im sure it won't. It big enough for my stews, roast and my chili. I can make it before I go to work and even though I set it for the low when I get home its still warm due to the keep warm setting and its not over cooked or burnt.

Wonderful, but will need adjustment to cook time.
I cannot live without this wonderful kitchen appliance. It’s great. However, be warned… the High setting will REALLY cook things fast. Every recipe I’ve come across that says to cook on high for X-number of hours, I’ve had to reduce the cook time by about an hour. So, just keep that in mind if you’re considering this as a purchase. That High setting ain’t playin’ around. It cooks faster than you’d expect. Still worth the 5-star rating.

Sleek, Spacious & Easy to Use
I received my new Elite Gourmet crockpot on Monday June 23rd. It came well packaged, with a booklet that has a few bonus recipes inside. Nice.It is sleek, and appears to be durable (by today's standards) if handled carefully and cared for properly. It is easy to use, with more than enough cook time for anything one can dream of cooking. The insert is huge and heavy and easy to clean. I cooked my first meal in it on Tuesday June 24th to ensure that everything worked as expected. Crock pot chicken breasts shredded with cream of chicken soup, Lipton onion soup mix, mixed veggies and cream cheese. I love that it switches to warm when the cook time ends. The one drawback is the tempered lid. I get a bit nervous handling it, and I don't like that the lid doesn't fit snugly on the crockpot. I had to clean condensation that had dripped down onto the counter top due to bubbling over out of the loose-fitted lid. That unnerved me a bit, because it was right by the power cord. While this won't replace the old nestle crockpot that my father passed on to me, a crockpot that his mother gave to him that had an insert much like a roaster pan and a metal lid, it will suffice for what I will be using it for. Sadly, my beloved crockpot died on me two weeks ago. I'm still in mourning, because they don't make durable products like those anymore. If he's 83 now, and his mother bought it when he was a kid (3-5 yrs.) that means my crockpot lasted more than seventy years. Amazing!I'm giving the Elite Gourmet four stars because the lid is quite loose.

Rubber feet on the bottom falling off. Triple A doesn't cover towing for slow cookers. :)
Slow cooker is okay. Have only used 2x since purchase. First time, one of the rubber feet (looks like a pencil eraser) fell off, leaving the slow cooker to rock back and forth. Luckily, found the rubber foot and put it back on. Cooked chicken in it two days ago and the 2 rubber feet on the back fell off but unfortunately, can't find them. Now the slow cooker sits on the counter like a car without it's back wheels. The slow cooker did a great job cooking for the two times we've used it but small details like the rubber feet falling off, makes me feel, what's next to fall off or not work? How can I get replacement rubber feet for this cooker?**Update - I messaged the manufacturer and for them to replace two of the rubber feet, I had to send them a ridiculous amount of information, just to replace two rubber feet that would probably cost less than a dollar to send to me. I provided what they asked for and wonder how long it will take for them to replace? I did notice in the reviews (which I should have read before I ordered this), that there are several reviews that mentioned the issue with the rubber feet falling off. Shame on me for buying this slow cooker. I'm usually good about vetting reviews of an item before I purchase it. I guess that's what I get for ordering this in haste. Based on the manufacturer's response and if/when I receive replacement feet, I may change my review to reflect my satisfaction of how the issue was handled.
