I bought the license frame a few months ago. The frame looks nice. Unfortunately, the screws provided is too long to my car. I contact customer service for the issue, They directly ship me a new set of screw from China to help me install it. Great service, much beyond my expectation.

Love the color. Matches my car perfect. Only comes with top screws which seems to be what all plate covers come with, which is odd. Put my own screws in on the bottom. Looks great!

Looks good.Only one cap fit onto the screw heads for the frame and stayed on sturdy.I hoped the other cap would stay on even though it felt loose. But just driving my car a block and back had it fall off and I ended up running the cap over. And only after I did, it clicked on and now stays on there good.No issues with the valve caps.For valve caps and two not-so basic license plate frames I still think it’s a good deal.

Wrong sized screws. I needed 5mm diameter by 8mm length. Are you able to send the correct screws for my 2023 Tesla Model 3?
