I have tried to take these after using the gummies I find these hurt my stomach and me me feel sick I won't be using these agian. I'm still bloated trying these They might work for other but for myself I can't take theses agian

I'm not really sure if these are doing anything. Have been taking for about 3-4 weeks. Haven't lost any weight but then again haven't put any on either, even over christmas so they may have helped. I am going to continue to take them due to the quality and combination of ingredients.
