This toy is junk! Fell apart within two minutes of my child playing with it. The dress fell off making it not float!

It is like the Bell bath toy we have but it arrived ...
It is like the Bell bath toy we have but it arrived with part of her dress broken. My daughter still plays with it in the bath. The toy floats lop sided since the dress is broken. If the dress wouldn't have been broken this would have been great. It also was shipped quickly which was nice.
