Amplifier Did Not Work
*updated 2/2/20211ByOne customer service is excellent - they shipped the replacement part and it arrived at my house yesterday. Unfortunately the antenna did not work for me - whether that is because of my location or a defect with the device is anyone's guess. Either way, I increased my overall rating from one star to three based on the customer service.I purchased the 1byone Wing Amplified Digital HDTV Antenna In an effort to save money by eliminating expensive cable. The assembly of the components is not too difficult but unfortunately the amplifier did not work. When the coax cable from the antenna is attached to the amplifier the LED light indicating power goes out. When it is removed the LED lights up. As a result, the device did not work as advertised.I sent an email to the email address listed in the product literature that came with the antenna a week ago and did not receive a response. I followed up with a phone call to the service hotline and spoke with a representative. She indicate that a replacement amplifier would be mailed. I am hopeful that I will receive a replacement soon, otherwise I will return the device. I will update this review upon resolution.

jUNK. Lasted 3 days
Piece of tin junk. Lasted 3 entire days. Not only did it pick up less channels than our âdirectional antennaâ, after some 10mph winds, one of the âtinâ wings broke off rendering it useless. I spend more time on the roof installing it than it actually worked. Buy a different model and different type of antenna

bad signal strength
Not getting signal like the 2 different flat square cheap antennas I got from Target and Walmart. I would like to return this antenna through amazon

Didnât perform as well as my unamplified antenna
Picked up lots fewer channels than my current less expensive and unamplified antenna. Product customer service never replied to my email. Returning for refund.

Unbelievably good!
I installed this antenna inside my house, at the peak of the attic. I scrolled up to station 1360!!! I am SHOCKED at how many channels I can get and theyâre all perfect! Best bargain ever!
