Spigen Neo Hybrid Crystal Designed for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Case (2016) - Champagne Gold

This is my 4th case I've purchased for my Galaxy S7 Edge and so far this is the best one. My previous favorite was the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Galaxy S7 Edge Case, Spigen® [Ultra Hybrid] AIR CUSHION [Crystal Clear] Clear back panel + TPU bumper for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (2016) - (556CS20034) for reference. All my cases have been ones that have crystal clear backs so if you aren't interested in this type, you can stop reading now.I'll go through the reasons why I like this one better and some minor reasons why I didn't.Likes:1) This one has a flexible TPU back as opposed to the hard PC back of the Ultra Hybrid (UH). This one feels much better (smooth contours) in your hand as opposed to the hard PC which had rather sharp edges which made it a little uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time. The camera cutout on the back was also smooth to the touch and more comfortable than the cutout on the UH. This also made the edges on the front of the phone much smoother while the outer PC bumper kept things rigid around the edges. On the UH, the edges on the front were also sharp and a little uncomfortable when placing it against your face when using the phone or just gliding your fingers on it during general use.2) Buttons are tactile and responsive with a bit more protection on the sides compared to the UH which I didn't mind. It added a very small amount of bulk over the UH but nowhere as near the amount width that the VRS case gave the phone.3) Fits the phone like a glove. No rainbow pattern on the back of the phone due to the dotted design. Note: The UH did not have a rainbow pattern show up when I used it, but some reviews mentioned their cases had it.4) The back is less slippery than the UH due to the materials used. I really liked this since I am a heavy user and I like to hook this up to a battery pack occasionally and when I sit the phone on the battery pack it does not slip off. With the UH case it used to slip off due to the hard plastic back which was a minor annoyance with the other case.Minor dislikes:1) The outer PC ring can be a little hard to take off since it is tighter on the top and bottom. I don't plan on taking it off often so it is a non-issue for me but for those that might be wanting to swap cases a lot, it might be a hassle. Note: The outer PC shell was a little wobbly and loose on the sides of this case when I first put it on but after using it for a week it seems to have "molded" into the TPU shell and it actually feels like one piece now. I was worried about this being a problem at first but now I don't notice it at all.2) The gunmetal PC ring is a lighter color than I would have liked. I wish they had a darker version to match my onyx black phone to keep it looking more stealthy but the only other options were silver and gold.Overall the best case so far and after 4 cases, I hope this one will stand the test of time so my search for another case is over for now. Since I've paid FULL price for all of these cases, I'm glad I finally found one that I can be comfortable with.

Let me start by saying I ACTUALLY HAVE my galaxy S7 Edge. I was one of the lucky few who received their phone early. I received my phone yesterday Feb 29th and then received this case (bought it on Monday and paid for overnight, since the tracking on my phone said it would be there that day, the 29th.) today so here is a quick review for those who are debating buying one for when they receive their phone.I like to see my phone, the galaxy S7 especially since it is pleasing on the eyes. The phone however is slick and a little scary to hold with it being a little larger and having a glass body. All day yesterday, when I didn't have a case I was scared to even pull it out of my pocket. It honestly was a contrast from my leather back LG G4 so I couldn't wait for a slim case. I took a chance with this case, as Spigen generally does nice cases. I went caseless on my G4 but that wasn't really an option for this stupid expensive (but very nice) phone.As usual with Spigen it fits wonderfully and still lets you see the beauty of the phone without adding almost anything to it. The grip of the TPU is very welcome as it gives me better hold on the phone and eases my nerves that I'm gunna drop the thing. In addition, the small side bezels actually make using the screen easier in my opinion as the curve of the screen almost meets with the curve of the back, so I kept bumping the side of the edge while trying to hold it before. Now, it is easy to hold it one handed and I'm not bumping the edge as much with my hand or fingers. It adds hardly any bulk to the phone, and what little it DOES add is welcome personally for grip. As for drop protection, well.....I'm certianly not going to test it, but I can tell it will at least give it protection from small drops. It is also nice as it now will raise the phone if you lay it on its face. It also will protect that lovely curved screen from drops as well. Overall, it just makes me feel at ease having something on there "just in case" as I work at a desk most of the day. I've included two pictures, just in case any one thinks I'm pulling this out of my butt.The only downside would be that the TPU back holds on to fingerprints, however the glass back of the phone does the exact same thing so it is kind of moot. Just a quick wipe off with your shirt and the TPU looks nice. A potential FUTURE downside will be possible discoloration, however don't really use that against it as at this point we don't know.I'll try to keep an eye out for questions any of you may post. This is short review and is hardly professional or great, but I figured with all the reviews already here, you guys would appreciate one that actually HAS the phone. I'm sure better ones will come along, but hopefully this gives you an idea what to expect.

So, I have had this case for my S7 Edge for over a year. When I got it it was perfect Crystal Clear fit like a glove. I also have a pop socket on it. Every few months I clean the case. I did buy a new popsocket and,removed the old one. I noticed that the case did yellow. I do have a gold phone so I really never notice before that. After a year the case fits perfect still I've dropped it too many times account have never damage my phone with the case on it the only downfall is that it does yellow you can see how clear it was on the edges where the bumper was and where the pop socket was

It looked great on my S7 Edge, when I first got it. It feels nice in the hand (the phone is too slick to securely hold), and doesn't add much to the size.Now the cons:The silver, hard plastic bumper cracked at one of the cutouts, near the charging socket, in less than a year. I put up with it for a few months, but took it off after it kept sticking away from the case. The clear back yellowed, which took away from the finish of the phone.It's a good case, for protection, but I wouldn't buy the clear case, as it looks horrible, once it yellows. I'd also like it better if they didn't use the breakable trim, and just mold the case as a 1-piece.I decided to replace it with the Galaxy S7 Edge Case, i-Blason Prime [Kickstand] Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge 2016 Release [Heavy Duty] [Dual Layer] Combo Holster Cover case with [Locking Belt Swivel Clip] (White). It looks good, has better corner protection, and adds a kickstand & belt holder (if you ever want to wear it outside your pocket).

My case arrived yesterday and it is perfect for what I need. Very sturdy and doesn't add bulk to the phone as well as still showing the colour of the phone.I also have a tempered glass screen protector that fits perfectly too.

I did extensive research before buying this case, and having used it for about 5 months i'm very pleased with the product. Personally I think it offers the best protection without getting in the way of the S7 Edge's great looks. Only slight issue i've had it when trying to use a right angle audio cable, the case is slightly too thick at the base to allow the jack to fully connect, however, this hasn't detracted from my overall experience of the case.

A really good snug fit for my Galaxy S7 Edge. I was very happy with the fit and it looks great as well. Initially I thought the slight lip gave sufficient clearance for the screen not to impact when dropped. Sadly, my phone slipped out of my pocket whilst getting out of the car and landed screen-down. I'm not sure how, but the screen has shattered.

For the last 3 phones I've owned they have been put in Spigen cases. So for this S7 edge I went right back to them. Been using this for over 6 months now and no complaints. Still fits nice and tight, no major scratches on the back. Dropped once that I remember onto pavement, not from a great height but saved the phone completely. Only a couple marks on the bumper. Suits the white phone best I think!

Feels premium without the premium price. Covers the phone well and ensures that all ports are open still. The back is quite slippery but so far I haven't dropped it! It's a very snug fit so you feel it will actually hold the phone well if dropped.

Had this a long time before writing review. This was a great little cover - stopped the phone getting damaged many times. It has only just needed replacing for a case that didn't last 24 hrs !

One of the best clear cases for S7 edge. It ads however a significant thick factor.

The packaging was damaged which I was unhappy about, however I love the case - it does not ruin the look of the phone

Looks great on and makes your phone feel nice to hold! If you want to show off that expensive phone in its glory then buy.

Fits the S7 Edge like a glove but somehow I couldn't get comfortable with it, particularly around the button areas. A decent case, but not to my taste.
