Fits and works as described.
This fit a 1997 Polaris sportsman 500 as described. It cranks the engine over smooth and fast. No issues with install or use.

Great value
The product worked very well and was it expensive compared to an OEM product. I saved a ton of money by installing it myself but, as it was my first time, it took me several hours and lots of swearing to get the old one out. I’m still not sure that I’ve got all the parts back on my bike.
