My Incense Burner arrived without the grill shown besides it. It works perfectly well because there is a similar grill inside. Not sure if mine is a new design or if the grill shown on screen was missing from my delivery.

the burner works perfectly and is easy to clean...safe to move around, and very pretty...the gold effect peeled from the underneath of the charcoal dish, but it didn't show or impair use, happy to recommend., and enjoying using it....thanks :-)

After over 30 years of using charcoal incense I have finally found the perfect burner. This is lightweight but sturdy and stable (so far neither of the cats has managed to knock it over), has perfect airflow - no more blowing on the charcoal to get it to light and it is easy to clean. I can not recommend this product highly enough. It may not be the cheapest burner you will buy but it will be the only burner you use regularly if you buy it. I plan on gifting this to several friends because it is *that* good.

This product looks good. However, it is not deep enough to put long-burning candelas because the screw is bigger than it should be for that size.

Had this for just under 3 weeks, used few times and the gold colour has started peeling off, really bad quality. I will be returning.

What a lovely little burner, i searched high and low for a burner that would be suitable for charcoal incense discs and this one did NOT disappoint! I have tried a few and this one is by far the best i LOVE it! Thank you so much for such great value and such swift postage even around Christmas :)I would recommend to anyone with loose leaf incense or resins
