My 12 yrs grandson had no issues on the operation of the spinning table.

It’s really all right. Before you invest in an expensive wheel, just get this one, see where and how you can throw at home, what the firing process will look like etc.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter who wanted to learn how to throw on a wheel. Its a little low and will need to be put on a small stand or a platform of phone books, if you can find 4 of them lol. but other than that, this thing is well balanced. it runs smooth with the expected exception of a little bump where the belt is looped back on to itself. The basin is a little loose, but can be fixed by wrapping some string around the flange that it sits around and that should take out much of the movement. other than that, This thing is a definite buy for beginners! If it were just a little taller, it would be perfect, but beyond that, my daughter has enjoyed working and learning how to throw on her wheel.

I ordered this for my daughter in law for Christmas as her and her husband want to make pottery. Right now, she works with paper clay, and she loves this, I am planning to order another one for my son's birthday, so he can have his own. Shipped fast and bigger than I thought it would be, very nice!

Ordered this as a gift for my wife and she was excited to use it. When we set it up we turned it on to see it spin and it ran for a minute and then stopped.Being tech-curious I inspected all the connections, hit the reset button, etc. Nothing seemed to work. That's when we noticed the black plastic feet caps had some white crap all over them. Didn't seem like styrofoam remnants though. Seemed like maybe it was clay that didn't get cleaned off?🤷🏻‍♂️I feel like somebody else had this before us and used it...maybe it died on them too, so they sent it back but then it was shipped to us. I shouldn't be surprised considering the price but thankfully it has free returns so all is not lost 👍🏻. We will be ordering a different brand next and keeping our fingers crossed.🤞🏻

This wheel worked very well for me to learn on. Excellent quality for the money. I really like the digital speed control. Very easy to use.

I got a big blue spinner, so not the small ones. New packaging. Opened up and everything looked good. As I pulled the wheel out, the cover for the display was missing. Found it in the bottom of the box covered in Styrofoam. Cleaned up and stuck back on. The cover falls off, but with some tape, it works. The power plug wasn't good though. The plug is a standard computer plug end going through a gfci box. Safe, if it fits. It doesn't fit though. The main units power receptacle required a plug with slots. I luckily had an old printer plug with slots, but no gfci. Everything works well with some secondary parts and tape, but the waterproof display isn't, and the safety plug isn't.
