Not as the picture appear.
Nice. It will do for what you need. I will say that if you want the full look like the picture you will have to add more ballons. The banner is pretty good quality though.

Nice Set
I liked the set, its adorable but, the black balloons were dark purple and there were no gold balloons.

Everything but the balloons
The background was cute and the popcorn balloons but the regular red, gold and black balloons kept popping over and over and over again. I ended up going to WalMart and getting bags of balloons there to compensate for the blown up balloons and it worked.

Not the greatest
All of the gold balloons broke while inflating..the small black balloons would not inflate at all. We made it work with the ones that did inflate without popping but disappointed that it didn’t work out the way we wanted it to, the gold balloons would have made it look better.

Some wrong colors
Some of the balloons that looked black were actually purple once you started blowing them up. Luckily I had a pack of black balloons from a previous birthday.
