I was able to assemble this by myself. It's a little on the heavy and awkward side when fully assembled so it may be easier with help to move it around. The inside of the self is the hardest to reach when you start putting items in but I like the amount of space I have and how easy it is to open and close. I am very happy with this item so far. I would recommend to others, especially those with kids who are trying to keep them out of the movies since you can attCh the childproof straps on the outside if you want to keep the kids out of it.

Description mentioned it could hold up to 90 comics per shelf.Sole intention of using this was for comics and it is too narrow and short to fit a normal size comic.I give myself 1 star as well for not reading other reviews on this item before purchasing.I have never done a review on an item purchased before.The overall look of the product is nice and it is still usable for video games and other items similar.

At first glance....good quality, sturdy. However not the best designed. The sliding drawers have no guide and there is about 1/2 gap between the drawers. This makes for an awkward side by side shaking and unsteady in/ouy movement. In fact the drawers have a tendency of bot staying in place on the closed position. Unfortunately, would not recommend

It was easy to assemble and it looks great! Fits all my DVDs perfectly. Great purchase.

The shelves are tiny. Maybe 8 inches. The description says that it fits comic books but it didn't even come close. Great idea, poorly designed. Spent hours building it just to have to take it apart and return it because the description lied. It barely even fits books. The item was also damaged

I have a skin care studio in my house. I use this in my facial room to hold product and accessories as well as some of my hand held equipment. It is very nice and sturdy. It's just what I needed!

Perfect for our DVD collection!

My boyfriend has a ton of books and not a lot of space to store them all. This bookcase looks sleak and beautiful and houses a lot of books -however, only books that are standard paperback size. I would have preferred this if the book case offered 2 shelves that were a little higher or allowed to have the shelves to offer room for customization. Sadly, a lot of his books didn't meet the size qualifications.

This case is more suitable to dvds and cds and regular size paperback books. It is too small for most hardcover books.It was fairly easy to assemble and the finished product looks good.
