I've used this product for years. It works well to remove all kinds of mascara and makeup. I don't have to scrub hard. It is gentle and effective for me. It has never caused irritation of my skin or eyes.

I came here to say that is the BEST eye make-up remover. It takes off waterproof and stubborn glitter without tugging on my eyes and skin. It also does not leave that oily film on the eyes. I'm super happy with this and will continue to purchase.

I'm a little confused that it says oil-free because it feels oily on your skin. If you shake it up, as the directions tell you to do, the "oil" does dissipate. I like it though. It removes mascara and doesn't burn my skin.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Liquid Eye Makeup Remover works really well at removing eye makeup without irritating my skin. It’s gentle and soothing, thanks to the aloe and cucumber. However, it does leave a bit of residue and has a slightly greasy feel, which is something to note. Despite this, the effectiveness of the product makes it worth using. I would definitely buy it again for its reliable performance.

This product is miraculous, and I can’t figure out why. It literally removes the hardest eye makeup and waterproof, mascara, and eyeliner that other things could not move without me, scrubbing the living daylights out of my eyes. I just wiped it with a cotton pad and it all came off. I was literally astonished.

works well for removing eye makeup. Try not to get it in your eyes- if it does, use water to rinse or you will not be able to see through the film . It works well with moisturizing the skin around my eyes. Easy to use- easier if i use the cotton pads for makeup removal- toilet tissue can be a tad rough. Not scented- a good thing! I do not wear eye makeup every day so the bottle can last a good while for me- maybe 3-4 months.

The best eye make up remover I've ever used. Gentle, non oily formula doesn't drop into the eye and wipes away waterproof make-up easily. Would love it even more if it were a bit less expensive.
