For the last several of months my nails have been very brittle and breaking constantly. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and in my comb. To the point I was getting seriously concerned and collected it for 2 weeks to show my Dr. an example and not be told “hair loss is natural” again. Weem gummies actually taste good. Doesn't have that hard, powdery, or leave a nasty flavor in your mouth. The strawberry flavor is subtle. Not sure about my skin, that one might take a little longer for me to see results. But my hair has a growth spurt and not as much hair falling out in the shower or when I brush it. My nails grow fast in a week and had become stronger. I have couple finger nails that are thinner and "wavy", but they are starting to look normal again.Buying again.
