Have loved this cookie. It has a good ginger flavor without being too strong, spicy hot or hard to chew. The cookie is a nice size and crunchy without being hard. Watch out though….it’s easy to eat too many at one sitting.

These ginger cookies taste really good... but I LOVE ginger. I wanted a GINGER snap.... not a molasses snap... or one that is filled with cloves. I also liked that these cookies actually contain REAL ginger. Organic wheat flour....less refined sugar... No trans fats.... They really tasty. BUT.. they are a bit stale, not as crisp as they should be.. so I had to dock a star. I am going to look to find these locally if I can. I ordered 2 bags and I will see if next bag is a bit fresher... no dates. I do love these cookies.

Ive just opened one package so far. These came packed tightly in the case without any cushioning. There was more breakage then the ones I get from the local store. However, they did seem fresher and that might account for the breakage. These are more spicey than other brands I have tried which I love. My grand-daughters always request the”spicey cookies” when they come over.The best part is how crunchy they are. They satisfy me faster and with fewer cookies and have been a part of my weight loss menu for over a year. Ok, this may sound ridiculous but I have gradually lost weight by using these as a snack food or to give myself something sweet at the end of a meal. Of course, I have taken other steps towards losing weight but this strategy of eatng something crunchy has definitely helped.

I usually get an alternative brand, Stauffer's. They were out so I picked these up as a comparison. The cookie itself is not bad. It wasn't overly soft or overly hard, it was like Goldie Locks, right in the middle and just right. Honestly, never been a fan of super soft gooy cookies or uber stale, hard ones that break up as you hold them/chew on them. However, the actual ginger is quite subtle, not remotely overwhelming. I think for those who don't have a sweet tooth or just want a subtly ginger snap, these will do just fine. But if you expect a strong flavor and thus satisfaction, look elsewhere.

This company has been around for a while. I love the ingredients of their organic ginger snaps. It’s a winner for me.
