I got these socks to complete my outfit for Wurstfest here in Texas and they worked out great. They fit well (size 11 feet) and stayed up the entire day. Very good support and comfort.

I got some cheap socks for my lederhosen and you could see through them. Really distracting for a very nice outfit. These are the real deal, very nice long socks.

These look better than the wool socks I already have. They're also a lot cooler and look great with my Liederhosen. Love the banded detail,G of E D & S

Very thin fabric and skinny. Not "embroidered" in any way, I'm not sure why they are labeled that way in the listing. They are fine for costume or other occasional use, but would not be durable worn a lot .
