This is easily the best money I've spent on exercise equipment.Years ago I listened to the old timers tell me about advantages of isometric exercises, using door frames, a tensolator, pushing palms together etc.. But I never thought of anything like this, It comes with a great Fitness Training Poster and a link to the Website with plenty of Health, Nutrition Tips and some Really Honest advice on Isotonic and Isometric contractions, what to expect and what not to expect!After using the Bully Xtreme now for a few weeks I can say that this is an excellent addition to my exercise routine and I've seen gains in my strength and muscle tone, I'm sorry I didn't get this sooner!

I have one these Bully Xtremes and they are pretty good. Proper use will help you achieve strength gains and some muscle tone. However all you will get in the mail is the Bully Xtreme itself and a wall chart. You won't even get a carry pouch. Everything else mentioned is pdf downloads that will inundate your email inbox. It's a good bet when you get this in the mail at the current price of 89.99 plus shipping your enthusiasm will quickly turn to gloom and despondency. I know that's the way I felt when I got mine. And I got mine a while back at less than half the price during a promo. They couldn't even include the carrying case. A cheap vinyl slip bag. They told me I was lucky to get this at the price I got it for and wasn't entitled to a carrying case. I also want to add, you can get this on Ebay for the same price and the shipping is FREEEEEEEEE!!!!! NO vote my review will you.

The Bully Extreme is better than I hoped for. It's tension is higher than the Bull Worker, thus providing a stronger, more powerfulworkout. I am absolutely satisfied with it and will recommend it to friends, Thank you!

easy to use

Bought this over about 9 years ago.this is a well built unit thae cables covers are thicker and more comfortable to grip and the hand grips are easier to hold in hands and the resistance is much higher.

I ordered the Bully Xtreme 4 about a year ago from their website.After having lifted free weights for years and suffering many injuries (not from accidents but just from regular lifting,) I was at a point where I could no longer use free weights. I ordered the Bully Xtreme 4 with a great deal of skepticism.Boy was I surprised!This 4 pound muscle machine delivered a workout that I had not experienced in years. The resistance is quite strong and it has taken me some time to be able to compress the unit even halfway. The power meter is a great little feature that allowed me to record my strength gains easily.The unit comes with either a five-year or a lifetime warranty (depending on when and where you purchased it) it is well made and very durable. It has steel cables that are covered by a plastic sheath that makes it very comfortable to exercise with. I didn't need gloves or any plastic handles to use the cables.I have quickly become addicted to these workouts. They don't take a great deal of time less than 15 minutes 3 to 4 times a week and I've seen spectacular results.In the first 90 days I more than tripled my strength in all the exercise movements!I have had impressive gains in all my major muscle groups i.e. chest, arms, shoulders and my back is what you would call V-tapered. I don't look like Hercules but that was never my objective.This little exerciser gives you a body that resembles a gymnast (if you're a man.) My teenage son has just begun exercising with it and has achieved better quicker results then I have. He says it's because I'm an old fart. Well, that's all I have to say about the Bully Xtreme 4 isometric exerciser – it's well-built, has a spectacular warranty, they include an impressive and well-designed training program that uses many of today's proven workout routines.
