Excellent value for money, essential mineral for health!
The flavour is iodine which is unpleasant, you could buy tablets (Iodoral), but this price cannot be beat and in this liquid presentation it has uses besides supplementation of Iodine. I have used it to treat fungal skin infections with good success.Read Dr David Brownstein's books on Iodine for excellent information on how to dose Iodine and why. He and Dr Jorge Flechas also give excellent presentations at various conventions which are uploaded to YouTube.

Multi purpose.
Really pleased with the quality and amount of this. Seller got it to me fast, too, and really well packed. I will use as part of my iodine protocol, (5% is too strong for me to start with). But you can also use it well diluted as a gargle, among loads of other things. Should last a while. Happy customer. Many thanks to the seller.
