I have been taking these for around 3 weeks and I just realised that my skin is looking really good. Recently I have just been using a tinted SPF sun screen no foundation and feel happy. Easy to take if you can swallow tablets. They are a good strength and do what I expect from a collagen supplement. Have put these on repeat order as they are also a good price.

I read the product is good for your cholesterol levels and re-hydration of skin and I’m sure it is having a good effect on both counts.Easy to swallow and to follow instructions for the best results I take them every morning on an empty stomach with plenty of water.

Brilliant, I feel they are benefiting my skin.These are capsules, but I like the fact that the taste is subtle, so I find I usually open up the capsule and empty it onto food. That said, I am happy to swallow them as they are if it’s more convenient.Would recommend and purchase again.

No smell or after taste. Large tablet but easy to swallow

I found a couple of empty capsules in my bottle, so perhaps they had split for some reason, I’ve never had that issue before with vitamin capsules.

Been using these over a year, on repeat order. No issues.
