I bought these for my teenage grandson who plays basketball. He enjoys the flavored drink concentrate's taste, ease of use, value for money, and quality. I find it convenient for travel and work outside. I also appreciated this for its hydration, size, and convenience.

So handy. For me these taste better than the ready made bottle type. And it's less waste.

These Gatorade packets are so convenient. I can take them anywhere and just add water. It’s also great for when I’m in a rush. I can just grab one to go and just add water at my destination. They are also very easy to mix. You can literally just shake the mix up in a water bottle and it leaves no clumps or residue. The sugar content is what I’d expect for this drink. It’s not too sweet. I’ve mixed this in both 8oz and 16 oz of water. In 16oz its a lot more fresh but still very palatable. So if you’re watching your sugar intake you can get away with more than 8 oz of water. I wish they had these in more flavors. I have bought this product multiple times and would highly recommend.

Good travel packs or for the gym. Good use to control blood sugar on the go if you are a diabetic.
