I bought this for a swollen knee issue. It's comfortable, but have noticed if my skin is dry on the thigh area the material irritates a little. I make sure I've put lotion on before wearing it all day.

I was surprised by how thin and light it was, which is great since it fits so nicely under pants or is small to travel with since I don’t always wear it. I ordered a medium bout I should have ordered a large as it was a little too tight. After reading the size guides I should have gotten a large.One very disappointing thing is that the logo is coming off and this is after wearing one time. I imagine it will look better if it all falls off. If wearing under clothing this is fine but with shorts it just looks bad. Pictures show that the logo is coming off immediately.

I bought four of these for running in. I was very careful in measuring. Within a few days two immediately started slipping down my leg and I luckily returned those. Two, a spend of $41 bucks, have after a month become worthless. They slide down to my knee just walking around. I have tried pulling them higher and higher to have them stay up while running but its no use. FYI Tommie Copper says take it up with Amazon despite their site saying all sorts of things on warranty and Money Back Gurantee.

According to the size chart, I should wear a Medium which is what I ordered. Right out of the package it seems like it needs to be tighter around my thigh and a LOT looser around my calf. I feel like it would definitely cut off circulation and cause swelling in my calf if worn for any length of time. I don't feel any compression at all around my knee. As others have said, the material seems thin, but I think that would be fine if the sizing were better. I expected more from Tommie Cooper. Surely there must be better knee compression sleeves than this one!

Works beautifully. My knee is bad and this keeps me from twisting it and hurting it while I work. Plus makes it quit hurting if it is when I put it on. Keeps it in place.

Tommie Copper appears to be a good brand and has products that meet their high standards. This item is very decent and what I expected from this brand.

Definitely works to make the knees stronger.

It does what it says it does ..... my husband needed that kind of support & loved the price ....

It does support just have to pull it up all the time

seems like a good product but as soon as I put it on and walk, it begins to slide down. I did measure and order the right size (M). Will be sending it back.
