Nice taste
This is a fermented drink which has been consumed for thousands of years. It originated in the Caucasus mountains Not overly sweet, just right and strawberry taste comes through. No added sugar or sweeteners unlike like the hoard of oversweet aspartame filled probiotics concoctions that can actually be harmful to you gut health.

Sheerness??Since when has that been a requirement for a fizzy flavoured yoghurty drink?? It don't make any sense.. they're consumables, not tights??!Flavour. Yes, it's v nice.

Omg it just tastes like sour milk, even the flavoured ones do.If its your gut your trying to take care of stick to the Actimel immune range or even yakult.

This is bitter. Kefir is not bitter. The taste is horrible. Avoid this brand.
