Perfect for Tetons!
Great bolt on upgrade for my LaTrax Teton. A little stiffer than original, but that’s a good thing especially if you jump it. Switch out the oil with some thicker stuff and they work great. Adjustable and well made.

Good but beware using on light vehicles
They are okay. They look excellent but are a bit too stiff for light trucks. May be perfect for a modified wltoys with the metal frame and arms but a bit too stiff for any of your average chinese rc cars or stock wltoys. They work as advertised. If anything they are overbuilt.

Great upgrade for a cheap rc
Thea little shock absorbers work great for my nieces small rc car. Replacing the cheap red plastic springs that it came with. One recommendation I have is when you first get them open them up and drain the included shock fluid than refill them with a higher quality shock fluid. Maybe 20wt oilMy only gripe is that I wish the springs were a little softer but other than that they work very well.

Poorly made. Get something better.
These shocks either came with a crack that I didn’t know about or they are the most poorly made shocks ever. I got these ones to upgrade my build from the stock plastic ones that aren’t oil filled. I honestly should have stayed with the stock ones or purchased something else. The “oil filled” shocks came almost completely empty. I was expecting this because of other reviews but why advertise them as oil filled when they don’t come primed with oil? After filling the shocks with oil, and installing them on my build, I took it out for a spin. First impressions were good. The difference between oil filled and stock is night and day. However, the first impression didn’t last long. I drove my truck from my doorway to the street (10 feet) and drove it off the curb. A 4 inch curb. And the mounting head snapped off right then and there. I couldn’t believe it.Really hope someone reads this review and pick something better because these are trash.

Not worth it even if they're cheap
I know most people will take bad reviews with a grain of salt, which I totally understand. Trust me though (even if you really have no reason to), these aren't worth it. The actual functionality of these, in a perfect world, is fine. They function properly. The problem is that they are weak. They do not stand up to the forces that a small RC car puts on them. The caps being plastic negates any benefit from the aluminum body. Not only are the caps plastic, they are really cheap plastic and they will break. I really wanted these to work though.

Great quality and price point
Got this Traxxas teton with a broken shock and ordered these not really knowing what to expect. They are better than original shocks with aluminum top mounts that have adjustable dampening! Bottoms are still plastic but more durable than traxxas brand. Great price and functionality also giving it a good few centimeter lift from factory on my RC

Good quality for the price
These are great for the price. They work really good “ very soft” I’m very happy. The only things is that it says that they are approx. 69mm but actually they are more like 65mm check my picture. Luckily I was able to add deferent ends to get me me 70mm .

Good upgrade for Teton
Quality and machining seem descent. Way better than stock! I could not use stock hardware so I used the gear provided, it seems ok and you get proper articulation. I would recommend draining and refilling with shock fluid, as I did. I understand this, it might have something to do with export laws. I would give 5 ⭐️ if it was slap on stock and fluid levels were tip-top!

Good shocks but....
Great little shocks, problem is two in the one bag, the adjustment nut was so tight I had to use two pairs of pliers to break it free and now they have marks on them which is an eye sore now.

Wow what a difference
Fitted these to my 1:18 latrax Teton . Perfect fit no modifications needed, gave the Teton around 1cm boost and they are much better on and off road compared to the stock ones.
