Overall I am liking the chair, I do however have a few concerns.Personally I found it more comfortable without the back pillow bit, still have the head rest on though.The arm rests have a few issues, I don't like the curve they have much, as it keeps me from laying my arms flat. They also tend to wiggle back and forth. Mostly this only bothers me cause I bought the mouse tray to go with this chair, the wobble makes it a bit annoying.Last issue with the arm rests may just be because I'm smaller than the recommended height, but I have to put my arms further away from my sides than is comfortable I'm 5' 3"If someone knows what I can do to fix some of these problems that'd be awesome.

I'm finally ready to review it. Having owned it now about a month. First, buy it. BUT know these things:It's pretty firm. I like that, but some may not.The head pillow looks a little janky. Oh well.The lower back support pillow is... well.... not useful. I never got comfortable.It's a little plastic in placesThat said, as a chair, it rules. I wouldn't consider myself fat, but I should have gotten the wider one. I honestly didn't think gamers were all that skinny! LOLOverall, it's really really good. It's couple of flaws should easily be overlooked. I built it on the phone with clients, it's not hard.

I ordered this chair for my wife. She is 5'8'' and had some back trouble when playing in her old wallyworld chair. She can play for hours now and loves it. The chair is well made and very comfortable for her. I am 5'11'' and my head hits a little high on the chair which is annoying. DXRacer has a buyers guide on their website that i recommend before purchasing. Ordered it and received 2 days later. Very happy with this puchace

The chair is very comfy, and it looks nice, however there are a few things about it that bother me.1. The leaning back capability is kinda weird. The lever is fine, but if you just want to lean yourself back physically, you have to put a lot of force into it, and it bounces back very strongly. I wish there was a way to change that so it was more lax.2. The plastic side panels that hide the main metal joints are flimsy. Had the chair a month and one of the side panels keeps falling off.3. The arm rests are quite hard, sometimes they can hurt a bit.Aside from those, I am happy with the chair.

So I've had this chair for about a week now and i would say it's definitely comfortable, a lot more firmer then my previous chair. Only reason why i didn't give 5 stars was because one of the caps for the legs were missing, it only came with 4. It's not a huge deal but it was an issue i had. Anyways, the arm rest adjustments are great and you pretty much can get any position that feels comfortable to you.

It's a nice chair, but not what I expected. From all the things I've heard it was amazing, in reality it's just a decent chair. It's honestly a bit over-priced. If you haven't had one or been able to sit in it, I would recommend seeing it in person first and comparing it to others.

My son, a serious gamer, ordered this chair and I have to say, it's incredibly comfortable. He loves it. May have to order one for myself.

I just received mine in last night. As an avid gamer and college student, i spend a lot of my time sitting down. I had been looking for a reliable and comfortable chair for quite some time. Setup was super easy..followed the pictures and it took me about 15 minutes to assemble and bam..i was in there like swimwear. This chair is amazing. I had been sitting in the same chair for about 6 or 7 years and my lower back has been killing me. The lumbar support feels amazing on my back and the neck pillow is perfect. The chair is firm and comfortable and appears to be very well built. No complaints here and i would recommend this brand to anybody.

Nice chair. A little too hard IMO.
