I usually try to stay away from things with the "ENERGY" label. I don't want to deal with the crash that follows a boost of energy. These vitamins are different. Of course, you're not going to feel the effects immediately. This isn't an avengers movie where a formula will turn you into Captain America.Take them for a couple of days and mix it with some exercise. I really did feel a difference, especially in the afternoon around 2 o'clock where I feel that the clock stops moving. I made it through the end of the work day with a sharp focused mind, and even had some energy to play with my daughter after I got home.Don't take it on an empty stomach, as some people leaving reviews have complained about stomach aches. If you want this first thing in the morning, eat a banana or some sort of fruit before consuming the vitamin.Overall, I think this is a great product. Once my bottle runs out, i'll be back for some more.
