I’m always sick with flu so vitamin c is a must have in your daily life. They are a bit large but break it into two and you will good. Worth the price and it works like magic protecting you from any flu like symptoms. Taste like an orange capsule but a little bitter but take it with water or fruit juice to eliminate the tatse . It is good for skin health and overall digestion and a boost of energy

They are ok, unless you have problems swallowing large pills, but about the same size as in stores. No complaints
