Perfect compact exercise machine
I recently purchased this exercise machine and I couldn't be happier with it. Assembly was a breeze, taking only a short amount of time to put together. It's compact and lightweight, making it easy to move around and store when not in use.The display is clear and easy to read, which helps me keep track of my workout progress without any strain. The pedals are designed comfortably, which is great for my hands during use.The only disadvantage is that it tends to slip on floors and tables. However, mine came with a slip mat, which has significantly reduced the slipping issue.Overall, this machine meets all my expectations. I love its weight, ease of assembly, quality, and compact design. It's exactly what I wanted and needed for my home workouts.

Easily transportable and affordable
My family member needed an exercise bike as he is an older man. This is a great and very affordable option for him. It’s lightweight and easy for him to use. What makes it worth it to me is the fact that it isn’t hard to move around for him.

Easy to use on carpet or tile.
Had knee surgery and Dr said do alot of walking and/or use a stationary bike. Don't have room for a stationary bike. This works really well! Plus it has a handled and is light weight.

Easy, but slips and not smooth
Like others have said, this slips around when using with the legs because the peddle motion is not smooth. When cranking with the feet, the peddler stops like it gets stuck while the peddles are in the up/down position, which makes the whole thing to basically slide sideways on the side you are applying pressure too with your leg. Works well with the arms because you are holding the peddles with your hands, having the leverage to continue the motion all the way around. That doesn't work with the feet/legs. Assembles easy; has instructions but not really needed. Quiet.

Great after knee replacement
This is almost like the one used @ my inpatient rehab. You can tighten or loosen tension resistance. I was able to find one suitable but economical. The only difference is no remote but one is NOT neccessary. The purpose is to use legs it also can be placed higher up & used for arms.

Horrible Pedal Travel
This product is a complete dud. The pedals sound and feel as if someone added sand to the turning mechanism. It's hard to pedal, even on the lowest resistance, with a region of the pedal that suddenly gives way all resistance and leads to the whole product jumping up off the ground. To top it off, the straps on the pedals (which are absolutely necessary for use because of the hopping and skipping of the device noted above) are adjusted with Phillips head screws, 2 on each pedal! Can you imagine searching for a screwdriver and undoing then redoing 4 screws every time you want to adjust the straps? Oh, I want to wear shoes this time? Gotta go find the screwdriver to adjust the straps!Avoid this product!

All in all, It serves it's purpose
I bought this to have under my desk at work, since I sit at a computer all day. I honestly didn't expect much for the price, so I didn't have high expectations. However, it's pretty nice for the money...my only complaints would be, it's not as quiet as I'd like it to be, and also the pedals kind of "stick"...they don't move smoothly while pedaling. I'm hoping with extended use, maybe it'll losen up. All in all, it serves it's purpose. The controls and computer screen are big and easy to read. I like that it tracks everything for you.

Exactly what I wanted.
I really like this arm bike. As a wheelchair boxer and Martial Artist this is one of my favorite pieces of training equipment. It provides both cardio and strength training without putting too much strain on my shoulders. I use a manual wheelchair and this allows me to stay in the best shape possible. It stays in place, operates smoothly and quietly with enough tension to help me build and maintain strength and get a great workout at home. It was easy to assemble and small and light enough to move and store easily. The display is easy to read and the pedals are comfortable on my hands. It's exactly what I wanted.

Great beginner unit for low cost
Works well and is easy to use while sitting at the computer, watching tv, etc.. It does slowly move around on the floor, but the chair strap works to keep it in place. The resistance control is very basic, and you can tell it's just a strap inside the machine, meaning the pedaling motion isn't very smooth at high resistance. But if you're just using it for basic light beginner exercise while sitting watching tv, it's ideal. It's not a high end training device.

Not a solid producy
Packaging came everything was fine! Putting it together was easy but the pedals always fall off. Doesn’t matter how tight you tighten them, they will fall off! I would’ve returned it but we were away at the time when it arrived and the return date had passed!

Works well except for the drifting problem
This was easy to asemble and it works fairly well except for the tendency noted in other reviews for the machine to slide forward on floors without carpet (when using on a stationary seat) or for the chair to slide backward (if using a desk chair on wheels/casters) -- a problem which I expect is common to any similar machine. As noted in other reviews, you can place something like a yoga mat under the machine to reduce the extent to which it drifts forward, but unfortunately there's not much that can be done to stop yourself from drifting backwards if you're using it on a chair with wheels. The machine comes with a strap that is meant to help reduce the drifting problem, but unfortunately the clasp on the strap is very weak/flimsy and so it will easily pop open and release the strap during use. I'm a little disappointed by the drifting problem (mostly with the insufficient quality of the strap and its clasp) but it is not so major as to render the machine unusable. I can get a decent amount of exercise in using it from my couch, and at my desk I can at least use it enough to help improve/maintain good circulation in my legs/ankles/feet. Overall I am fairly satisfied with my purchase given the price (decent value for money). Much cheaper and more space-efficient than a full, stationary exercise bike if you just want something to maintain circulation and get a little exercise from home rather than doing intense workouts.

Good exercise
Easy to assemble and use. Only disadvantage is that has to be secured because it slips on wooden floors and rugs.
